**IMMEDIATE HIRE - APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN**

Maintenance professionals, Monarch is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician with a drive to succeed at Southgate Apartments in Greenville, North Carolina.

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Maintaining property grounds
• Preventative maintenance
• Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

-$21.00 -$23.00 an hour

-Up to $3,000a year in Quarterly Bonuses

• 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
