Overview
This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Corporate Headquarters location in Lancaster, PA.
Typical work hours are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home following successful training period.
Responsible for ensuring quality system utilization of FFA mission critical systems of record. This includes evaluation and management of system releases for implementation. Ensures system access controls and vendor service delivery standards are adhered to. Supports custom development requests, related technology implementation project management, and technology vendor evaluation support.
Responsibilities
- Manages delivery of mission critical technology and systems of record to Fulton Financial Advisors. Plans, organizes, coordinates, advises on special technology and system projects or phases of projects by estimating resource needs and planning, scheduling, assigning, implementing to meet completion dates, goals and objectives.
- Formulates, recommends and implements overall operational systems controls and procedures relating to FFA technology and systems. Provides daily oversight and management support for technology and system vendor relationships
- Advises Fulton Financial Advisors staff on the proper and effective use of the various systems. Assists in development of training programs for all new systems
- Reviews and recommends new methods and systems to maintain an optimum level of operational efficiency. Assists in developing Request For Proposal documents and evaluating technology solutions for business units. Monitors the existing technology and system functionality for weakness through direct and staff observation. Recommends enhancements to the proper area for correction.
- Works with business unit management to identify needs, strategic goals and tactical priorities. Develops and implements the appropriate due diligence process to acquire appropriate technology and systems. Works with Corporate Information Technology employees to determine resources required to effectively implement and support these systems.
- Provides audit and risk management oversight for Fulton Financial Advisors systems. Assures that monthly FIS client statement balancing is performed.
- Provides backup and support to the Fulton Financial Advisors Data Warehouse Officer and Process Improvement Officer.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business or Technology. (Required)
Experience7 or more years Bank/Trust/Systems Administration. (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Ability to prioritize backlogs effectively. (Required)
- Ability to guide, inspire, and influence cross-functional teams. (Required)
- Team player with a professional presence able to influence all levels of the organization. (Required)
- Financial Institution Business acumen. (Required)
