The Hospitality Professional (Host) at Neighborly is the first impression and sets the tone for the guest experience. This role is designed for someone who is energetic, outgoing, and genuinely enthusiastic about hospitality and the Neighborly brand. Hospitality Professionals actively engage guests, guide them through the experience, and create a warm, welcoming environment from the moment guests walk through the door.

This position includes assisting guests with kiosk orders, answering menu questions, supporting marketplace purchases, and maintaining Neighborly’s high standards of cleanliness, connection, and hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Deliver an enthusiastic, friendly greeting to every guest, ensuring every person who enters feels immediately welcomed and acknowledged.

  • Proactively engage guests, guiding first time guests through the Neighborly concept, menu, kiosks, and marketplace with confidence and warmth.

  • Assist guests with menu and kiosk questions by asking thoughtful questions, understanding preferences, and offering tailored recommendations to elevate their experience.

  • Oversee the carry-out area by distributing online orders, maintaining organized and clean shelving, and assisting guests with carry-out pickup questions or issues.

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and full stocking of the Marketplace to ensure it is always showtime ready.

  • Uphold all company safety, sanitation, and food handling standards to protect the health and safety of guests and team members.

  • Comfortable being highly interactive with guests and providing enthusiastic, proactive hospitality

  • Excellent communication and people skills with a warm, confident, guest first mindset.

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized while remaining present and engaging with guests.

  • Team oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the guest experience.

  • Ability to work flexible hours as necessary.

  • Experience in guest facing roles is strongly preferred.
