PHYSICAL THERAPY MANAGER in Salina, Kansas at Salina Regional Health Center

The Physical Therapy Manager will work with the Director of Rehabilitation to coordinate and supervise inpatient physical therapy services with focus on quality, access, and stewardship. The Manager will serve as a leader, collaborating with the Department Leadership Team to create an environment of high quality patient care and customer satisfaction meeting goals for quality and productivity established by the department/organization.

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy

Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred

3 years experience as a Physical Therapist

Hospital experience preferred

1-2 years management experience preferred

Current Kansas Physical Therapist license or eligible for licensure

CPR certification(Basic Cardiac Life Support [American Red Cross-CPR for the Professional Rescuer] or Basic Life Support [American Heart Association-Health Care Provider] to be obtained within 90 days of employment
