Responsibilities

● As a new member of the Leasing Team, you’ll assist in sourcing tenant leads and supporting leads operations.

● You'll gain practical experience in market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making.

● The intern should be prepared to work in a fast paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in leasing matters.

● Collaborate with cross functional teams including, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management.

● Help coordinate property tours, tenant inquiries.

Skills & Qualifications

● Strong attention to detail.

● Computer proficiency in (MS: Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Word).

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Willingness to learn.

● Currently pursuing a 4 year degree with a field of study in, Business, Real ● Estate or any related fields.

Benefits

● Intern will be paid $8/hr. and $100 per lease

● Free housing can be offered if relocation is needed.
