As Sales Lead, you'll literally save lives by building the engine that turns interest into enrollment. Every conversation could be the moment someone chooses healing over suffering.
⢠AI Sales: Architect an AI-first DTC sales function from the ground up, trailblazing how AI can support human closers through client education, client insights, and process automation, starting with inbound sales
⢠Team: Build an elite team of human closers to own the most fulfilling and fun part of the role, conversations that get people to choose life and healing over suffering
⢠Launch Outbound: Design and launch the re-engagement motion that reconnects with people who wanted help but never made it to treatment ā then close the gap between where they are and the life they deserve
⢠Champion Clients: Deeply understand the people who need Mindbloom but haven't said yes yet and learn what's holding them back, then break down every barrier between them and the care that could change their lives
⢠Own the Numbers: Develop the infrastructure (tools, automations, dashboards) that gives you high-signal visibility into funnel performance and CAC to spot bottlenecks and strategic opportunities

Further, note that Mindbloom has minimal hierarchy and titles, but the scope of the role and compensation will be reflective of your level. Total compensation may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, on market data changes, and equity.
