Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled in-home therapy services throughout Spotsylvania, Locust Grove, Orange, and Stafford.

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Implement established treatment plans

• Improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs

• Complete accurate and timely documentation in EMR

• Communicate patient progress to supervising PT and interdisciplinary team

• Active Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license

• 1–2 years PTA experience (home health preferred)

• EMR experience (WellSky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase preferred)

• Strong documentation skills

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
