Were hiring a Maintenance Tech!
Monarch Investment & Management Group is looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our team at Victorian Village Townhomes. If you like fixing things, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a company that treats you right, wed love to meet you.

- $22$25/hour
- Up to $3,000/year in quarterly bonuses
- $100/week on-call pay (even if youre not called out)

What youll do:
- Handle daily work orders and apartment turns
- Paint, patch drywall, and do light carpentry
- Fix plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Work on HVAC (certs a plus)
- Help keep the property and shop clean and safe
- Rotate on-call duties with the team
What youll need:
- 1+ year of maintenance experience
- HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
- Basic skills with plumbing, electrical, and appliances
