About This Position
ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-Level Systems Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting A+2 Senior Leadership TeamDomain experience with business systems for both preferred
- They will be working together so collaboration will be important
- Agile Expert/Agile at scale, experience managing large product teams
- Support A+2 in implementing portfolio flow for requirements that effect cost/schedule/performance
- Very large scale project, over 160+ products in the division with varying mission customers, funding sources, and differing teams across the board
- Support the TD in cloud migration efforts, strategic roadmap for products, and tech debt
- SW Development expertise
- Support documentation of plans
- Redevelop apps - evaluate current apps and future
- Support cloud architecture efforts
- TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired).
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Twenty (20) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
- Bachelor ' s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Many factors can influence final salary including, but not limited to relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
The salary Range for this position is: $150k - $225k
