This role offers a pivotal opportunity to drive sales effectiveness and operational excellence across Go-to-Market teams. You will design, implement, and optimize onboarding, training, and enablement programs that empower sellers to perform at their highest level, faster and more consistently. Partnering closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, you will ensure the adoption of processes, tools, and best practices while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-driven decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, leveraging technology and analytics to maximize sales performance. Your influence will shape how teams approach selling, adopt new tools, and measure success.
- Own end-to-end GTM enablement, including onboarding programs, ongoing training, and skill development for sales teams
- Lead workshops and interactive sessions that are practical, engaging, and actionable for GTM teams
- Optimize the use of sales technology platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, and other tools to streamline workflows and reinforce effective sales behaviors
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to implement new processes, operating rhythms, and tooling changes, ensuring adoption and reinforcement in daily sales activities
- Use data to measure enablement effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a thought partner and advocate for GTM teams, providing feedback and insights to enhance overall sales performance and efficiency
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or related roles, preferably within SaaS
- Strong ability to engage with senior sales stakeholders, translate strategy into practical execution, and earn trust quickly
- Data-oriented mindset, using analytics to measure impact and guide decisions
- Proven operational skills, capable of running initiatives end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Tech-savvy with expert-level proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, and familiarity with other sales enablement tools
- Strong curiosity and hands-on experience with AI or automation technologies to optimize processes
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach
