Program Overview
Our Rotational Analyst Program gives you hands-on exposure to key areas of the businesshelping you build a strong foundation in operations, analytics, and investment strategy.
What Youll Gain Experience In:
Training & Onboarding
  • Comprehensive introduction to Monarchs systems, operations, and business model
On-Site Property Experience (Up to 3 months housing provided)
  • Live and work at one of our apartment communities
  • Gain real-world insight into property operations and resident experience
Accounting & Financials
  • Learn financial reporting, budgeting, and core accounting processes
Corporate Services & Data Analysis
  • Use data to influence business decisions and drive performance
Marketing
  • Analyze campaigns and help optimize marketing strategies
Project & Asset Management
  • Partner with Asset Management teams on key initiatives and special projects
What Were Looking For:
  • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Management, or related field
  • 13 years of experience (internships included)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Willingness to relocate temporarily for on-site rotation (housing provided)
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for real estate
Compensation & Perks
  • $60,000 $65,000 annual salary
  • Performance-based raises (up to 5% annually)
