About the Role

We have full-time openings for Used Car Technicians. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro, we’re here to support your growth with mentorship programs and career development opportunities.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Perform thorough inspections of used vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, engine, and electrical components
  • Perform cosmetic repairs such as paint touch-ups, dent removal, and interior cleaning
  • Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards before they are put up for sale
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and complete reconditioning tasks efficiently

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Valid State Inspection License
  • Experience working with multiple vehicle brands
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
