What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the communication hub for our HVAC service team — dispatching technicians promptly and efficiently.
- Prioritize and schedule service calls to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and ensure a smooth service experience.
- Support technicians with information, notes, and job details to help deliver 5-star service.
- Monitor job progress, adjust the dispatch schedule as needed, and maintain real-time awareness of technician locations and availability.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure accurate documentation, follow-ups, and job closure procedures.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and solutions-focused approach in every interaction.
- Perform other office and dispatch support duties as needed.

- Prior dispatching or customer service experience (HVAC or home services preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts under pressure.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Ability to navigate scheduling software and basic computer systems.
- A customer-first mindset — friendly, patient, and solution oriented.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Must be open to working 12-9pm shift
