Seasonal Grounds Maintenance *Immediate Start at Woodhill Country Club – Wayzata, Minnesota

THE OPPORTUNITY

Woodhill Country Club is seeking outdoor loving, motivated individuals to join our building & grounds team. This is a seasonal position. Woodhill is undergoing a major golf course renovation, and this position will provide a variety of fun and exciting opportunities in conjunction with this project. Job Summary: The Seasonal Grounds Maintenance position assists in the outdoor maintenance of Woodhill Country Club’s Campus. This includes our Golf Course, Tennis, Clubhouse and Maintenance Facilities. We ask that our team members work independently, manage their time wisely, and operate equipment safely. We expect our team members to provide an exceptional member and guest experience through quality service and impressive facilities.

Expected Hours of Work:

• This is a seasonal position. In addition to the summer months, we have shifts available from April to November.
• Early morning start times allow for employees to enjoy their evenings!
• Required shifts every other weekend (4 hours each morning).
• Flexible scheduling: 24-40 hours/week.

Essential Job Functions

• Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Golf course maintenance such as filling divots, emptying garbage cans or servicing water coolers
• Bunker maintenance such as edging or raking
• Assist in various golf course projects

Physical Demands:

• Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and climbing stairs

• Work in variable weather conditions
• Uneven surfaces

Compensation & Benefits:

• $18-20 per hour

• Use of Woodhill’s exceptional facilities (golf course, tennis, and pool) on some Mondays
