We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Infant Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is essential in providing a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for our youngest learners.
The Infant Lead Teacher is responsible for implementing and adapting the assigned curriculum, facilitating individualized daily routines, and leading classroom activities. Duties include assisting with feeding, managing nap schedules, and completing diaper changes while maintaining a warm, attentive presence. This position also involves supervising classroom assistants, ensuring all staff uphold safety and care standards, and maintaining open, professional communication with families.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- CDA credential (required)
- Three or more years of related early childhood experience (required)
- Strong ability to read, write, and communicate using proper English grammar
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff, parents, and families
