About This Position
This position is responsible for assigned sales activities of Hyundai Transys Ga Powertrain , Inc. including the sales revenue analysis as well as customer relations.
Essential Functions
Corporate:
- Adheres to the Hyundai Transys Ga Powertrain policies and procedures

- Manages the department budget efficiently as per approved annual budget
- Performs additional assignments / duties as required by management
EHS:
- Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
- Complies with all safety policies and 5S clean philosophy to maintain a safe, clean working environment
- Consistently meets company safety goals
Technical:
- Gather and analyze statistical data of auto sales trends in U.S. and report key initiatives to upper management.
- Perform cost analysis by Bill of Material (BOM) analysis.
- Create and/or maintain BOM as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for customers and receive customer’s instructions to render services.
- Coordinate a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of reporting activities to upper management.
- Conduct AALA & CAFÉ report as needed.
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Work closely with HOD to ensure that all quotes are accurate and meet the customer’s needs.
- Work closely with HOD to evaluate customer TCI and reconcile reevaluation process.
- Contact Freight Forwarder to get a quotation for overseas shipment and submit a quotation to customers.
- Issue invoice and certificate of origin for the overseas shipments.
- Maintain shipping log to ensure account receivable activities with Finance dept.
- Prioritize and complete multiple tasks and follow through to achieve targets.
- Coordinate Sub KD inventory status and response to customers.
- Follow up USMCA report.
- Track/Predict exchange rate and simulate future sales prices.
Leadership:
- Ensures Team Members perform to company policies and procedures

Education
- Bachelor’ degree is preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in consultative sales role
* Equivalent work related experience (equivalency is figured generally as 2 years’ experience equaling 1 year of formal education) may be considered in addition to the “Position Requirement”.

Position Requirements and Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years job related experience
- Three years’ supervisory experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of preventative sales guidelines and programs
- Knowledge of marketing process
- Self-motivation and ability to work with little direction
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- General computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
