Registered Nurse at RiseWell Community Services – West Babylon, New York

RiseWell Community Services is looking for a full-time Registered Nurses to join our Young Ault ACT Team in West Babylon, NY.

The nurse will provide medical services on a community based mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team for young adults (ages 18-28) diagnosed with severe persistent mental illness. Provide management and administration of medications, in conjunction with the Psychiatrist or NPP. Ensure medical standards as per program regulations are being provided

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse by the New York State Education Department. Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses. A valid and clean NY State driver license. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health
