Senior HRIS Analyst
Full-Time | New Jersey | Make a Difference Every Day
On-site only located at our West Orange Business Office

We are currently looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst who shares that mission — someone who sees HR technology not just as a system to manage, but as a powerful tool to help our people programs run better so we can serve our community better.
What You'll DoYou'll be the go-to expert for our HRIS — leading optimization, driving efficiency, and empowering our HR team with insights that matter. Day to day, you'll:
- Own and optimize our ADP Workforce Now platform — managing configurations, integrations, updates, and day-to-day operations with precision.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that turn HR data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- Champion data integrity through regular audits — ensuring every record is accurate, secure, and compliant.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, recruiting, performance, certifications, and more.
- Manage all required federal and state compliance reporting, including EEOC and the NJ Smart Report.
- Create and deliver training programs that empower staff and managers to get the most from our HR systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors to handle system migrations, new integrations, and platform enhancements.
- Maintain confidential personnel records for current, former, and future employees with the highest standards of accuracy and discretion.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst
- Solid working knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis: data validation, aggregation, descriptive statistics, and content analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can present technical findings to non-technical audiences
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to juggle multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines
Preferred (Bonus Points!):
- Master's degree in a related field
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and statistical analysis software
