Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

· Help customers purchase the vehicle of their dreams! Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day!

· Learn about our products and keep abreast of current inventory

· Greet customers and identify the vehicle in inventory that meets their needs. Great listening skills are key!

· Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives

· Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals

· Provide a completely satisfied customer buying experience

· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business

· Prospect for new customers

Qualifications - Sales Consultant:

· Sales and customer service experience is a plus!

· Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus!

· An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's self-motivated to succeed

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· A positive attitude and good work ethic

· Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, VinSolutions, Microsoft Office, Google Docs)

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Maintain professional business attire and appearance

· Pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
