ELECTRICIAN at Precise Tool, Advantech and Big City – Rochester, New York

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Commercial Electrician to join our growing team at G4 Construction Services LLC! The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components in various industrial and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical codes, safety procedures, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components in industrial and commercial environments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostic tests to identify and resolve problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Operate a variety of electrical tools and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and project managers.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Commercial Electrician.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving electrical issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Using ladders and lifts at 50' in machine shops.

According to the New York Pay Transparency law, pay range for this job is $22.00 - $32.00 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
