This is a hands-on role on a variety of commercial and multifamily renovation projects, working alongside experienced carpenters and site supervisors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing cabinets, casework, countertops, interior doors, frames, hardware, trim, moldings, bathroom accessories, and other specialty items
• Performing finish carpentry tasks according to project specifications and quality standards
• Reviewing project documentation and updating daily notes to track progress, identify missing items, and flag potential issues
• Collaborating with carpenters, supervisors, and project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
• Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites

The Ideal Candidate

• Positions are available for both skilled and semi-skilled candidates; training will be provided as needed
• Skilled with hand and power tools and able to read technical drawings and specifications
• Willingness to learn and grown with the company
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
