The Design Manager ensures quality, timeline adherence, and stakeholder alignment throughout the full design lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coordinate, and support design teams across multiple projectsAlign design direction with business objectives and operational needsManage project scope, schedules, resources, and deliverablesEstablish and maintain design processes, standards, and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, and leadershipEnsure design quality, consistency, and compliance with project requirementsFacilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectationsIdentify risks and proactively resolve design and delivery challenges
QualificationsDesign Management, Architecture, Engineering, Product Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience in a Design Manager or design leadership roleStrong background in managing design teams and workflowsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience working in hybrid or cross-functional team environmentsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously
