$42.78- $62.93 an hour + Float Premium- Full-Time Nights, 36 hours per week
*Range includes night differential. +$2.50/hr for weekend shifts
Tier 1 Med/Surg Float Premium: 10%
Tier 2 Critical Care Float Premium: 12%
Boulder Community Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Nursing Resources Department, where you will serve as a dedicated patient caregiver. Within our care delivery system, the RN will apply nursing theories, procedures, and standards to provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care. Provides professional nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. Meets the needs of the patient, family and interdisciplinary team through communication, coordination, evaluation, and service excellence. Care is provided to all ages with problems ranging from simple, non-urgent to complex, life-threatening conditions. Join our team and contribute to the well-being of our patients.

Qualifications
• Colorado RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required by completion within conditional period of hired position.
• ACLS certification required by completion within conditional period of hired position.
Responsibilities
• Provides direct total patient care for specific group of patients with collaboration as needed.
• Demonstrates clinical competence in performing nursing procedures and identifies the rationale underlying the nursing skills.
• Identifies patient care problems, makes interventions based upon an understanding of the biopsychosocial processes.
• Assesses patient status systematically and anticipates and responds to changes in patient clinical condition.
• Actively seeks participation of the patient, family, and other members of the health care team to assure continuity of patient care.
