Mountaintop Construction Inc. is seeking a driven Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team.

If you have 5+ years of experience in high-end custom homes and are Bilingual (English/Spanish), this is your opportunity. We are looking for a leader who knows Buildertrend and wants to grow with a company that offers Profit Share, a Company Vehicle, and true mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and to our high quality standards.

  • Project Management: Manage residential/commercial projects from planning to closeout.

  • Tech: Utilize Buildertrend software for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.

  • Coordination: Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractor work to ensure timely delivery.

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and field teams.

  • Financials: Prepare estimates and track project budgets.

  • Quality Control: Conduct site visits and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or APM roles.

  • Industry Focus: Experience working on custom projects from start to finish in high-end homes.

  • Language: Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.

  • Tech Skills: Experience with Buildertrend or similar project management software.

  • Requirements: Valid driver's license and High School diploma/GED required.

  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, confidence, and ability to interact with clients.
