Pintauro Construction Company, LLC is seeking a driven Assistant Site Superintendent to support our Field Operations team.

This is an opportunity to work side-by-side with seasoned superintendents on high-impact projects valued between $3M and $5M. If you have 4+ years of experience, are OSHA 30 certified, and want to advance your career under the mentorship of a Lead Superintendent, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will support daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Site Coordination: Assist in coordinating on-site activities, including subcontractor scheduling and task supervision.

• Safety & Compliance: Monitor and enforce job site safety regulations (OSHA) and ensure adherence to project specifications.

• Documentation: Utilize Procore to track daily progress, maintain field reports, and manage job logs.

• Quality Control: Participate in site inspections, subcontractor meetings, and quality control checks.

• Problem Solving: Assist in resolving field conflicts and identifying areas needing correction.

• Logistics: Support material tracking, equipment usage, and jobsite organization.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in construction site supervision (preferably on $3M-$5M projects).

• Certifications: OSHA 30 certification required.

• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

• Education: Associate's degree in Construction Management or related field experience preferred.
