Operations Associate (Hamburg) at Circus Kitchens – Hamburg, Hamburg

YOURDAILYBUSINESS

- Collect dishes from handover area

- Aggregate all parts of an order, scan items, pack in paper bags

- Trigger label printing, place order in pick-up shelf, and ensureallparts of an order are handed off to one rider

- Stack orders, manage dispatch, and coordinate handover

- Ensure the accuracy of the orders picked and sent to our customers

- Manage stock and re-fill from back-stock as needed

- Handle kitchen hub-specific customer support issues and complaints that arise during the shift

YOURDAILYBUSINESS

-Comfortable working quickly, precisely, and with great attention to detail

- Must be comfortable using tech products in work flows (scanner, tablet, KDS, printer)

- Communicative team player who is punctual, organized, and eager to learn a lot in a fast-paced environment

- Fluent inEnglish,German language skills are a plus

- Prior experience in a similar role or in retail / logistics / gastronomy is an extra plus
