This could be the role for you.
We are looking for a Coffee Equipment Technician & Driver to join our Workflow team in Dublin. This is a varied, active role that combines morning warehouse and delivery work with hands-on coffee equipment installation, servicing and staff training.
- Warehouse & delivery: morning pick, pack and dispatch; delivering to shops and B2B customers across Dublin
- Equipment installation: assist with installing and removing commercial coffee machines and grinders at customer sites
- Servicing & maintenance: carry out routine servicing, basic fault-finding and repairs under supervision, working towards independent service calls
- Staff training: show Coffeeangel staff how to use, clean and troubleshoot equipment; create clear guides and SOPs
- Stock management: goods-in, stock rotation, inventory and keeping the warehouse organised
- Admin & communication: complete job sheets, update managers on progress, manage your own schedule
- Full, clean driving licence (essential — you will drive a company van in Dublin and surrounding areas
- Practical, hands-on skills — comfortable using tools, working with machinery or equipment, or in a technical/trades role
- Strong self-management — able to organise your time across warehouse, delivery and site work without constant supervision
- Good communication — clear, confident and able to explain things simply to non-technical people
- Flexible and reliable — willing to start early and cover colleagues during busy periods or absences
- Physically fit and able to lift and move coffee equipment safely
- Previous experience in coffee, hospitality, catering equipment, warehouse or delivery
- Hands-on experience with commercial coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, milk systems) or a strong interest in developing this
- Experience delivering training or demonstrations to small groups
- Comfortable with basic digital tools: shared calendars, job apps, cloud-based forms
- Salary: €35,000–€40,000 per year (depending on experience)

The pay range for this role is:
