Toledo Dental Team is looking for a hygienist who wants real patient care, a supportive team, and doctors who value collaboration.

• At least: Mon, Thurs, Fri

• Want more days? Cool. Want just those three? Also cool.

• $45–$55/hr

• Production-based bonuses available

• Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus (because changing jobs is a whole Olympic event)

We’re big on patient comfort, clear communication, and quality dentistry without the chaos. You’ll be supported to do your job well, not rushed into “just squeeze them in” territory.

You’ll work alongside Dr. Kaldeon Aridi and Dr. Emma Lykins, who focus on compassionate, patient-centered care (and yes, they’re genuinely pleasant humans).

• Provide excellent preventive and periodontal care (prophys, perio maintenance, SRP as needed)

• Educate patients in a no-shame, real-life way
  (“You only floss before appointments?” Great. That means you already own floss. We can build from there.)

• Take/update x-rays/photos as needed and document thoroughly

• Collaborate with the doctors on co-diagnosis and treatment planning

• Maintain strong infection control and patient experience standards

• You have an active Ohio RDH license (or can obtain)

• You’re confident clinically and calm with patients

• You like working with a team that communicates and supports each other

• You’re comfortable with digital workflows (or you learn fast and aren’t afraid of buttons)
