RN, Admission/Discharge at Shore Medical Center – Somers Point, New Jersey

Position Summary
The Admission /Discharge Nurse is a professional nurse, who will be able to screen and document on each patient presenting for admission, transfer or discharge. The nurse will complete the appropriate paperwork needed for admission, transfer or discharge of a patient. They will also perform nursing responsibilities and duties related to patient care, as necessary.

Minimum Requirements
• NJ Licensed RN
• 2 years Med/Surg
• Intermediate computer skills, excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods with the ability to lift, push and pull

Preferred Requirements
• 1 year CMU/Telemetry experience

Salary Range - $42.78 - $57.02 hourly
