About This Position

Position Title: Apartment Housekeeper

Description

 We're Hiring: Apartment Housekeeper (Full-Time) - JOIN A TOP 10 NATIONAL COMPANY!
Location: Afton Oaks Apartments, Baton Rouge
Pay: Up to $15.50 an hour + Bonuses $3,000+ a year
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8AM5PM
*Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen for this position.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Cleaning make readies/turned units for new occupants
  • Trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
  • Maintain and care for inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Additional functions from time to time as requested by Maintenance Manager or PM
  • Reports unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents to the PM
  • Additional assignments and projects as needed
Skills We're Looking For
  • 3-6 months experience in professional cleaning preferred
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards
