In this role, you will lead the design, delivery, and scaling of enterprise automation initiatives that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation for clients. You will act as both a strategic advisor and delivery leader, guiding automation programs from opportunity discovery through execution and value realization. The position combines solutioning expertise, program management, and client leadership in a fast-paced consulting-style environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to define automation roadmaps, ensure alignment on outcomes, and oversee high-impact RPA deployments. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will shape automation standards, frameworks, and best practices across engagements. You will also play a key role in building scalable, repeatable delivery models that maximize business impact.
- Lead discovery and solution design for new automation opportunities in collaboration with sales and client teams, identifying high-value BPA use cases.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and success criteria for automation programs, ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end delivery of Business Process Automation initiatives, from initiation through execution and closure, ensuring quality and impact.
- Serve as the primary client-facing leader, managing communication with senior stakeholders and driving alignment on strategy and outcomes.
- Establish standardized automation methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components to improve scalability and delivery consistency.
- Oversee resource planning, budget management, and project governance to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of initiatives.
- Monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement across automation engagements based on outcomes and lessons learned.
- 10+ years of experience in Business Process Automation (BPA), RPA, or digital transformation programs.
- Proven experience leading large-scale automation initiatives or managing an automation practice.
- Strong expertise with enterprise RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Demonstrated success in solutioning, process optimization, and delivering complex automation programs within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Strong client-facing experience with senior stakeholder management in enterprise or consulting environments.
- Ability to build structured automation frameworks, governance models, and scalable delivery approaches.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in high-complexity environments.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $160,000 to $179,000
- Up to 20% annual performance bonus
