Compliance Reporting Program Manager

In this role, you will lead the coordination and execution of compliance and regulatory reporting programs within a complex healthcare environment where accuracy, timeliness, and governance are critical. You will act as the central point of alignment between Compliance, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams, ensuring reporting requirements are clearly defined and delivered with precision. This position plays a key role in maintaining regulatory integrity while improving the efficiency and reliability of reporting workflows. You will manage cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from intake and prioritization to validation and delivery of both recurring and ad hoc reporting. Working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will bring structure and accountability to highly collaborative processes while continuously identifying opportunities for operational improvement. This is an impactful role at the intersection of compliance, data operations, and program management in healthcare.

Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of compliance and regulatory reporting initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Partner with Compliance, BI, and business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate reporting requirements into actionable deliverables
  • Manage intake, prioritization, timelines, approvals, and execution of recurring and ad hoc reporting requests
  • Oversee report validation, issue identification, and resolution coordination to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
  • Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes, requirements, and workflows to support consistency and audit readiness
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across technical and non-technical teams to ensure reporting objectives are met
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, and operational efficiency
  • Support stakeholder communication and status reporting to ensure transparency across initiatives

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, business analysis, reporting operations, or similar roles
  • Proven experience supporting reporting or analytics workflows, including requirements gathering, coordination, and delivery
  • Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and core data concepts such as data validation, report logic, and structured datasets (preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare, payer, or provider environments with exposure to regulatory or compliance reporting (preferred)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including issue diagnosis and cross-team resolution coordination
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment
