  • Provide regular reporting and executive updates on product performance, roadmap progress, and technical initiatives.
Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with major ad tech platforms such as FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager (GAM), and IMA SDK.
  • Strong understanding of video ad serving technologies, programmatic advertising, and CTV monetization ecosystems.
  • Technical proficiency with debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools, Charles Proxy, and Postman.
  • Experience using development and collaboration tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex ad delivery and performance issues.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across engineering, product, sales, and operations teams.
  • Strong interest in digital media, ad monetization, and emerging CTV technologies.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from approximately $106,600 to $170,000 depending on location and experience.
  • Eligibility for annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan with 401(k) participation.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge CTV and video advertising technologies.
  • Exposure to large-scale digital media platforms and high-impact monetization systems.
