Job Description

Senior Pricing Data & AI Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Pricing Data & AI Manager to join our Pricing team within the Product organization. In this role, you will support the development of scalable, data-driven pricing and monetization solutions by building and applying advanced analytics and AI-enabled models.

You will operate at the intersection of pricing, data, and business, owning the hands-on development of models and analytical frameworks that directly inform pricing decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Finance, and Sales to drive outcomes that improve revenue performance, customer alignment, and long-term growth.
You Will
  • Lead the design and hands-on development of AI-enabled pricing models that drive measurable impact on revenue, retention, and customer acquisition

  • Build and own pricing simulations and scenario analyses to evaluate trade-offs across growth, margin, and customer value

  • Analyze customer usage patterns and behavioral data to identify monetization opportunities, segmentation strategies, and pricing risks

  • Partner with Product, Finance, and Sales to ensure pricing decisions are aligned with business goals and grounded in data-driven insights

  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, models, and tools that support reliable and repeatable pricing decisions

  • Establish and evolve pricing experimentation frameworks to test and validate model-driven recommendations

  • Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, operational excellence, and continuous learning

You Bring
  • Experience applying advanced analytics, statistical modeling, or AI/ML techniques to solve business problems, particularly in pricing, monetization, or revenue optimization

  • Understanding of commercial and SaaS monetization models, including usage-based modeling

  • Proven ability to build models hands-on and translate outputs into business decisions and measurable impact

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and go-to-market teams

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams

  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment

  • Comfortable learning and applying new technologies, tools, and methodologies

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through a variety of learning pathways

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or related field or equivalent practical experience

Ideally, You Bring
  • Experience implementing AI/ML models in production environments to support business decision-making

  • Proficiency in tools and languages such as Python, SQL, or similar for data analysis and modeling

  • Familiarity with experimentation methodologies (e.g., A/B testing) and causal analysis

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or usage-based commercial environments

  • Demonstrated success in influencing monetization through data-driven insights

  • Experience working in a distributed, multicultural environment
