Maintenance Technician – Industrial (Hospital Setting) Safety Sensitive Position Monday -Friday plus Call Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hospital equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and building systems to minimize downtime.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with hospital staff and external vendors to coordinate repairs and upgrades.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.

Requirements:Basic knowledge of building systems and equipment, HVAC, electrical or plumbing systems, as required through vocational or technical high school courses. Ability to operate or use the following tools/equipment : standard hand tools, meter, electrically powered tools and refrigerant equipment. Preferred High school diploma or GED equivalent
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications such as HVAC, electrical, or mechanical licenses are preferred.
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
