Registration Clerk – Rotating Night Schedule in Emergency Room

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and register patients efficiently and courteously upon arrival in the emergency department

- Enter data accurately into the hospital’s electronic health record system
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and provide guidance on hospital procedures
- Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient information in compliance with privacy regulations
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document management as needed
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service in a high-pressure environment

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
