- Partner with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and business development to integrate data-driven insights into acquisition and growth strategies
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across product features and business initiatives to identify performance drivers and inform decision-making
- Leverage data analysis and machine learning outputs to uncover trends, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
- Define and evaluate key business levers that support scalable and profitable user acquisition and partnership growth
- Develop insights that support the launch of new products and optimization of existing features
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Support ongoing performance tracking and reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or analytically rigorous field (e.g., economics, engineering, mathematics, business, or related disciplines)
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting (top-tier firms preferred) or business analysis/operations roles in a data-driven environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience conducting complex data analysis
- Solid understanding of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and statistical analysis
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a first-principles approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and executive audiences
