Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

• Operate and maintain excavators, skid steers, forklifts, boom lifts, and other heavy equipment.
• Execute tasks such as digging, grading, and moving materials efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and safe operations on the job site.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a culture of safety among team members.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment as required for different projects.
• Work closely with project managers and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
