You will play a foundational role in our Field Operations team, transforming complex blueprints into high-performing mechanical piping systems. This position offers the autonomy to showcase your craftsmanship on diverse jobsites while being supported by a leadership team committed to your long-term career growth.

• Install and assemble complex piping systems for HVAC applications to ensure seamless mechanical functionality.

• Interpret detailed blueprints, specifications, and submittals to guide precise system layouts and equipment connections.

• Execute accurate measurements and cuts using specialized tools to ensure secure, leak-free piping installations.

• Coordinate with project foremen and team members to maintain strict production schedules and project milestones.

• Validate that all piping alignments and supports meet stringent mechanical codes and company quality standards.

• Maintain a safe and organized jobsite environment by following rigorous safety protocols and industry best practices.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HVAC or pipe fitting within residential or commercial environments.

• Active EPA Certification required for handling specialized mechanical components.

• Proven ability to read and accurately interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.

• Proficiency with a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and specialized pipe fitting equipment.

• Demonstrated history of reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently following initial direction.

• Valid drivers license with a record that supports the operation of company vehicles.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Advanced knowledge of diverse piping materials and connection techniques used in modern mechanical systems.
