Where YOU make the impact…
• Create and maintain master data assigned across various systems
o Master data examples include vendors, donors, inventory items, partner agencies, etc.
• Responsible for documenting and maintaining efficient master data processes, including system uploads, master data forms, process maps, and SOP's
• Ensure adherence to defined governance standards
• Conduct master data reviews for completeness, consistency, and relevance
• Reconcile data across systems and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure scalable, efficient processes
Requirements:What you need to succeed!
• B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field, or 1–2 years of hands on experience in accounting and IT
• Basic to intermediate level SQL
• Familiarity with ERP & CRM Systems
• Strong analytical, systems, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Highly curious and tolerant of ambiguity
• Proficient in Microsoft products, database software and other applicable accounting and financial software and systems
A day in the life:
• You’ll spend most of your time at our Administration building located at 2525 Cullen St.
• You will find yourself frequently standing, walking, sitting, lifting, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
