• Spot and fix unsafe habits, and call out what needs attention.
• Help the crew follow safety procedures and standard work.
• Support 5S and safety audit improvements.
Keep It Quality
• Make sure your team sticks to quality standards and processes.
• Coach your team to focus on doing it right the first time.
• Share customer feedback so everyone knows how we can do better.

• Make smart calls about how to best use people and resources.
• Work with leaders to solve issues before they become roadblocks.
• Help train new team members and keep everyone developing their skills.
• Use visual tools to track progress and celebrate wins.
Keep Improving
• Encourage your team to find better, faster, and smarter ways to work.
• Lead root cause sessions to tackle waste and process issues.
• Jump in on waste walks and improvement projects — your voice matters.
Keep It Real (People)
• Be the kind of leader people want to work with — coach, support, and challenge your team.
• Give regular feedback and help your team level up.
• Partner with your Department Leader to tackle team challenges together.
