POSITION OVERVIEW:
A DIRTT Designer is part artist, part visionary, part engineer and part computer tech wizard, all rolled into one. Your DIRTT Designer will take your clients’ needs and ideas and guide them from concept to factory order, using their strong design background and pushing 21st century tools to the limit in the name of building better client solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Present DIRTT solutions and technical benefits to clients and project teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand the construction process, real estate landscape, and local market trends.
- Partner with Sales in early project phases to develop layouts, budgets, and solution concepts that position DIRTT effectively.
- Assist with quotes, bids, RFP responses, and project pricing in the architectural solutions space.
- Review drawings and bid documents to define DIRTT scope and identify value-added alternates.
- Utilize ICE for Sales & Technical Reviews including renderings, shop drawings, and installation drawings.
- Ensure accuracy of design documentation, specifications, and pricing, and prepare files for order entry.
- Lead design meetings with industry partners and end users.
- Coordinate with Sales, PM, and Ops through design, order, and installation.
- Develop innovative solutions that enhance product application.
- Maintain knowledge of DIRTT products and applications.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 3+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, or construction industry.
- DIRTT product knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Thorough understanding of the interior construction process.
- High sense of urgency, and ability to execute tasks efficiently and calmly across multiple projects of various sizes.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that let them work closely with all project stakeholders as well as DIRTT teammates to manage expectations and ensure the client’s experience is a positive one.
- Strong organizational skills and a concentrated mind to remember the details of each project and scope of work.
- An aptitude with technology and willingness to learn
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD™ and other 3D software, and an enthusiasm for learning and mastering new software programs
- Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds. This position may require travel between offices, jobsites, and/or client locations, which may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, lifting light luggage, and adapting to different time zones.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The hiring compensation range for this position is a base salary of $80,000-$95,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
