We help our customers make right easy—every day.
What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Process Analyst to document and evaluate our payer content management workflows within a healthcare revenue cycle environment. This role will partner with content, operations, and product teams to surface optimization opportunities and develop actionable recommendations that improve efficiency, reduce handoff friction, and accelerate time-to-value for content delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Map end-to-end content operations workflows from payer policy data acquisition through rule delivery into production products
- Conduct structured interviews and working sessions with content and operations team members to document current-state processes, roles, and handoffs
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and redundancies across the content lifecycle
- Develop clear process documentation and current-state maps suitable for leadership and cross-functional review
- Deliver prioritized recommendations for process improvement tied to measurable efficiency gains
What You Bring
- 5+ years in process analysis, business analysis, or operational consulting
- Healthcare RCM or health tech industry experience strongly preferred; deep process methodology skills required
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate working sessions with SMEs and translate findings into structured documentation
- Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., value stream mapping, swim lane diagrams)
- Strong communication skills — able to present findings clearly to operational and executive audiences
- Comfortable operating as an independent contributor with minimal direction
- Willing to work as a 1099 Contractor
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Familiarity with payer policy, claims editing, or rules-based content environments
- Experience delivering process assessments with actionable recommendations in fast-moving organizations
- Experience with future-state process design is a plus; potential for SOW extension based on Phase 1 outcomes
