This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded sales professional to contribute to the growth of a global EdTech platform. You will be the first point of contact for inbound prospects, playing a key role in qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and driving early-stage SaaS opportunities. Working in a fast-paced, international environment, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure seamless lead management and conversion. Your work will directly impact revenue growth across MoodleCloud and related solutions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in customer engagement, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about technology-driven education. - Manage, qualify, and prioritize inbound leads to ensure timely and effective follow-up
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, budgets, and timelines
- Route qualified opportunities to Sales Executives or channel partners
- Independently convert smaller SaaS opportunities and support trial-to-customer conversions
- Follow up on dormant or unqualified leads to re-engage potential prospects
- Support RFP/RFX intake and coordination activities as needed
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper pipeline tracking and data hygiene
- Collaborate with global Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align outreach efforts
- Contribute to outbound campaigns and lead generation initiatives to support pipeline growth
- Experience in qualifying and converting inbound sales leads in a SaaS or similar environment
- Strong ability to identify customer needs and position appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or technology sales is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a distributed global team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing pipeline activity
- Annual salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 USD
