What We're Looking For:
- 2 to 5+ years of HVAC experience (Residential)
- A passion for customer service - someone who enjoys helping people!
- Strong skills in diagnostics, repairs, and installations
- Ability to clearly explain HVAC issues and solutions to customers
- EPA Certification required (NATE Certification a plus!)
- A team player who thrives in a supportive work environment
- A clean driving record & ability to pass a background check
