POSITION PURPOSE:
The Multi-Family Leasing Administrator will be responsible for managing, building and optimizing the leasing relationship management (CRM) system to enhance leasing operations and improve resident satisfaction. This role involves leveraging CRM tools to streamline leasing processes, track leads, and ensure effective communication with prospective and current residents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leasing team to ensure tenant and resident experience is consistent across the portfolio.
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and resident retention. Strategies should address both the front-facing interaction with current and prospective tenants as well as optimizing the CRM system.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system to support leasing activities and resident interactions.
  • Actively monitor and respond to incoming leads with the goal of maximizing lead to tour ratios for on-stie teams.
  • Schedule tours for on-site leasing teams.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of all leasing and resident information into the CRM system.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on CRM performance and leasing metrics to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CRM technology to continuously enhance leasing operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate leasing, property management, or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools, with strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. The role is considered non-exempt so will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. At CIM, this role has the potential to receive a discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The anticipated base pay range for the position in Los Angeles is $24.04 - $28.85 per hour.
