Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with expertise in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will lead sales initiatives, develop strategic relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth for our ATS software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software sales, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the ATS market landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our ATS software products
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and challenges
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling value propositions and sales materials
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
  • Forecast sales activities and revenue achievements while creating detailed reports on customer feedback and market conditions
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure our ATS solutions meet evolving market demands
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle from prospect to close
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling ATS software solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing and developing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment technology landscape and HR processes
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise software sales and complex sales cycles
  • Knowledge of multiple ATS platforms and competitive differentiators
  • Background in HR technology or recruitment industry
  • MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
  • Experience with consultative selling approaches
  • History of successful partnerships with HR departments and recruitment agencies
  • Certifications in sales methodology or relevant software platforms
