Friendly Dentist – Professional Corporation (PC) Holder

Location: Maryland and Pennsylvania

Are you a licensed dentist seeking a flexible, leadership-focused opportunity without the day-to-day demands of chairside care? We are seeking a Friendly Dentist to serve as the PC Holder for one or more of our supported dental practices.

In this role, you’ll serve as the Clinical Authority for your respective professional corporation, providing oversight and ensuring all clinical decisions remain under the direction of a licensed dentist in accordance with state law. You’ll collaborate closely with our operations and compliance teams to maintain the highest standards of patient care, professional integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the clinical authority and decision-maker for the Professional Corporation (PC).
• Annually Review and approve policies, protocols, and materials impacting clinical care.
• Maintain active licensure in good standing with the state dental board.
• Annually review the DSO’s compliance team’s work to ensure adherence to state and board regulations.
• Approve the DSO's operations and marketing teams annual plans.
• clinical autonomy and compliance

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active, unrestricted dental license in both Maryland and Pennsylvania.
