Nightlife & Hospitality Security Officer

Location: Las Vegas Strip
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract
Pay Range: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours; availability on weekends and holidays required

Position Overview

AG Security Group Inc. is hiring professional, reliable, and guest-focused Security Officers for an upscale nightlife and hospitality venue on the Las Vegas Strip. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility environment requiring attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and service. Key Responsibilities

Maintain a professional and visible security presence at all times
Observe, document, and report suspicious activity and safety hazards
Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
Enforce venue policies while maintaining a respectful and guest-focused approach
Accurately complete incident reports and communicate issues to supervisors
Follow all company protocols and chain of command directives

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (required)
Valid Nevada Security Guard License (required)
Valid TAM (Alcohol Awareness) Card (required)
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
Must be able to work Friday and Saturday nights (required for eligibility)

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in nightlife, hospitality, or venue security
Prior experience managing crowd control or de-escalation in high-volume settings
