SUMMARY: Member Services Specialists are responsible for delivering high-quality customer service experience through the efficient onboarding and support of prospective, current, and former members. This position performs entry-level duties supporting members with routine inquiries, transactions, and services under direct supervision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides front-line support to members via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Handles basic issues and refers to more complex matters to higher-level staff.
- Possesses a developing working knowledge of Association programs and systems.
- Assists members with basic transactions such as membership applications, renewals, payments, and services offered.
- Refers to complex questions or policy issues to senior staff.
- Understands how to look up, update and maintain accurate member records in the Association Management System (AMS).
- Maintains company established filing and record keeping systems.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to learn AMS software quickly.
- Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.

Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch
37.50 hour work week.
Overtime is not required and is authorized with prior supervisor approval.
